China Debuts First 7nm Data Center GPU

Shanghai Tiantian Zhicore Semiconductor Co., Ltd. announced today that the company's flagship 7nm Universal Parallel (GPGPU) cloud computing chip BI has been successfully "lit up" in recent days. This is the first fully self-researched, truly based on the GPU framework under the 7nm process GPGPU training chip.
