Seagate Announces Cash Tender Offers for Certain Outstanding Debt Securities

Seagate HDD Cayman, a subsidiary of Seagate, today announced the commencement of cash tender offers for up to an aggregate principal amount of $225,000,000 of its 4.750% Senior Notes due 2023 and up to $275,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of its 4.250% Senior Notes due 2022, up to a maximum aggregate principal amount of $500,000,000, from each registered holder of the Notes.
