NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Production Heatsink Leaked?

HotHardware has another "leaked" image of what is supposedly a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 production heatsink. I'll admit that these shroudsless heatsinks  do line up with what we saw last week.
