Western Digital Board Declares Quarterly Dividend

Western Digital today announced that the board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.50 per share of common stock (the "cash dividend"). The cash dividend will be paid on April 17, 2020, to the company's stockholders of record as of April 3, 2020.
