Nobody Wants To Play RDR2 on PC?

I might be talking out of my ass here but I think the problem (at least for me) is when I am forced to wait a year for the PC version of ANY game, I end up settling and playing the console version. By the time it hits PC, it's old hat and I'm not willing to pay premium price for something I've already played. Hence, I do what everyone else does at that point and wait for Steam sale so I can finally play the game in all its high-est definition glory. Release RDR3 for PC first and see what happens.

In the first month of its launch, Red Dead Redemption 2 was exclusive to the Epic Games Store and Rockstar's own storefront. And while we have no idea how many people bought it directly from Rockstar, a report from Superdata states that the game only sold 408,000 units via Epic – an extremely low number.
