Personally, I see this as a huge plus. How many times in countless other games does your moronic companion get stuck somewhere, lags behind, go the wrong way or refuse to go through a door / elevator? The author of this article clearly doesn't play many video games. 😂
No matter how far away from you they are, once you throw that elevator switch your companions will instantly be right beside you. It's spooky.
