AMD's Leaked Ryzen 3000 Boost-Fixing BIOS Tested

Tom's Hardware has put AMD's leaked boost-fixing BIOS to the test.

We grabbed the download and did a round of testing to see if the new BIOS and SMU fix the boosting behavior of the Ryzen 9 3900X and Ryzen 7 3700X processors.
