I'm surprised this didn't happen a long time ago.
Marvel's Spider-Man developer Insomniac Games has been snapped up by PlayStation. The studio has long had a close relationship with Sony, and is famed for its work on the Ratchet & Clank and Resistance series, although in the past has also worked with Xbox (for Xbox One launch title Sunset Overdrive) and has recently dabbled in PC and mobile games.
