I want to thank you all for your well wishes and messages of support. Although supraventricular tachycardia is usually not life threatening, most of the time it requires a trip to the emergency room to have a shot administered that stops / resets your heart. The result of having your heart beat at over 200 beats per minute for hours makes you feel like you ran a marathon...and then got hit by a truck at the finish line. 😄 That said, I'm doing well and I am following up with my cardiologist for a plan forward. Again, thank you all for your support! Also, I will definitely have content posted today but at a more relaxed rate. 👍
