After spending some time in the Flash XL, it becomes clear that a good chair is important, especially if you spend much time on your computer. The Flash XL, like the Champion, is whisper quiet. I could shift my weight from side to side, forward and back, and move all around and not hear any sounds. For me, that is a big plus.
