According to this post over at Blue's News, Dead Island 2 is not dead after all.
Word is: "Dead Island 2 is still in development and we will share more on this at a later stage." This would probably feel like bigger news if not for the fact that the last we heard about this game was a similar proof of life statement over two years ago.
