While it sucks to be this guy, I highly doubt he's going to get $3 million in damages.
A Marlton man wasn’t flattered to find his photo allegedly posted online without his approval – at a much-visited porn site. Edward Kelly has sued the operator of Pornhub.com, seeking more than $3 million in damages and compensation for the use of his image. Kelly’s photo is hardly salacious, but it’s still an eye-popper.
