Call of DooDee! Hah! That's HILARIOUS! (Too bad Activision Blizzard didn't think so)
Activision Blizzard isn't too happy that an Illinois-based dog waste removal company wants to trademark the name Call of DooDee. The Illinois company has withdrawn its filing, otherwise known as "express abandonment," which was received by the United States Patent and Trademark Office on Oct. 24. But the trademark was still published in the United States Patent and Trademark Office's newsletter on Oct. 31. Activision Blizzard has filed for an extension to oppose it, and it's been granted.
