PayPal can do what ever the hell it wants to, always has, always will. Don't like PayPal? Don't use them. This is coming from a guy that had PayPal freeze almost $7,000 of my funds for six months with no explanation whatsoever before graciously allowing to make a "one time" withdrawal of my funds. Guess who no longer uses PayPal? ME! Guess who no longer has issues with PayPal...ME!
We are all devastated by PayPal's decision to stop payouts to over a hundred thousand performers who rely on them for their livelihoods, the company said on its blog. It then directed models to set up a new payment method, with instructions on how PayPal users can transfer pending payments.
