Everyone loves an underdog story, right?
From the very beginning AMD has been a company willing to dive headfirst into the ‘next big thing’, risking it all for a chance at the big bucks. Nowadays that attitude has it taking on Intel with AMD Ryzen, and soon it could – for the first time in a very long time – rule the market with its AMD Ryzen 3000 processors. But while AMD may come with a market cap of some $30bn nowadays, it is still, as it always has been, an underdog.
