I have extended the KILLER
GAMING RIG #8 for one week. I have been super busy, plus
with the holidays slowing down deliveries of components, some things
have just arrived. So enter to win!!!! The winner will have the KGR in

Asia Update -Steve
Asia wanted to let you guys know that she just finished up her
appearance on TechTV when she ran into none other than Kevin Spacey.
Well whaddya know, Mr. Spacey is also a fan of our Goddess
of Geek . Very cool...I am not sure who looks more thrilled
though, Asia or Kevin.
It is totally awesome to
have a movie star read your website and appreciate what you do, how many
people can say that? But it is a totally different thing to get to meet
and hang out with them in person. Dammit, I'm jealous... I'd have
grabbed his butt ( sorry Kevin ). Besides, after having Asia as
our number one fan, even Kevin Spacey takes a backseat to her, and I am
sure he agrees.
I decided to mod my Lian Li
case and add a 5 inch LCD to the front for a little DVD / MP3 action.
Very cool stuff, extremely easy mod if you plan it out. If you have any
questions, I'd be more than glad to help out, just shoot me a line.

11.16.02 -Steve
Well, rested up and ready to roll. First time in a loooooooong time I
took a day to just relax. With Comdex starting and the Killer Gaming Rig
#8 ready to roll, I have new interviews coming out with our friends from
CNN,
we are looking at an extremely busy next two weeks. We have AMAZING
contests coming up, all new "One a Day" contests right around
the corner...add that to all our regular activities at the [H] over the
next two weeks....whew! This will be interesting.

Every so often I update the review page, I added the new 3.06GHz
Hyper-Threading enabled CPU from Intel tonight...very cool technology,
something to definitely look into. There are many more reviews posted as
well. We have the goods in from Vantec, who graciously donated kick ass

Something most of you might not know is that Asia is a very sweet,
giving person...almost to a fault. Having said that, it sure is fun to
get pictures of her while she is standing for hours and hours signing
autographs for thousands of people. No matter how rough and long the
days are though, she lets me pick on her after a long day of signing
autographs and being mobbed by fans for three days straight...heh...I
usually bug her to autograph stuff I am giving away to you guys right
around this time and she doesn't even mind ( well,
openly she doesn't...deep inside she probably wants to kick me in the
baby nuts ).

Final assembly of the Killer Gaming Rig #8 is going on right now. The
2.53GHz Pentium4 and the Radeon 9700 have been prepped for the
water cooling system. The P4 has been lapped down to the copper to mate
the lapped CPU block, and the R300 has the metal spacer sanded and
polished down for better contact between the mating surface of the GPU
block. Sweet... there are two weeks left to ENTER
