The lovely Asia Carrera made sure to show off her
new leather Unreal Tournament jacket...my god that is sweet, and the
jacket ain't bad either <rimshot please>. I have a handful of
other really good pictures of Asia's, but they are currently still
in use by ME.
Anniversary

No, not Hypothermia's anniversary....mine. Since I
am a scumbag and married my wife on Leap Years Day ( Feb 29th ) we
celebrate on either Feb 28th or March 1st, depending on which is
better...sometimes both days. There are a few things I need to post
about the Best Buy thing later and contest info, but I am not posting
anything today except a big FAT HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO my wife, the most
beautiful woman in the world. And after a 7yr old son, a 13yr old
daughter and all these years...she is even more beautiful.

We got really good response
from you guys last month when I posted the "Most Active
Cities" that visit Hypothermia. I think it is fun to post a little
shout out to the cities and towns that visit us the most. I noticed a
HUGE surge of people from the East Coast this last month.... especially
from Sunnyside, NY and the
surrounding towns of Corona and Flushing
NY as well. And, YES....I am aware of who lives there
too....and trust me, I don't hold it against you guys, it's not your
fault that guy lives there!!! I think you guys kick ass!!!

Well, I posted my top secret little Watercooled
Xbox project yesterday on HardOCP...a lot of fun, more of a
"just to see if we could do it" kinda project, with future
mods coming like adding memory and overclocking. Check it out.
We will for sure be kicking
off the Hardware a Day contest this coming week, with a VisionTek
GeForce3 up for grabs first. A handful of motherboards to follow after

Best Buy is still stalling, hoping everyone will
just forget about the situation all together OR tire of the situation
and spend the $30 coupon ( that would be spent to buy something they
paid $4 for ). I missed yesterdays call from NBC News, so hopefully we
connect today...and hopefully they find this story newsworthy. I also
want to know what people think about a HIGHER OFFER from Best Buy?? How
many people would be interested in a higher offer? I only ask this
because it has been discussed. Let me
know.

I have moved the last 5 days worth of Best Buy stuff to it's own page,
and will move on with regular front page news here. I have my Unreal 2
interview almost edited and ready to roll, so look to see that soon. As
with most Hypothermia interviews, I will a have a couple of AUTOGRAPHED
copies of Unreal 2 to give away during the interview as well. Great
stuff...
Due to the Best Buy deal,
eating up most of my free time this week, I will kick off the Hardware
a Day Contest this coming Monday ( was planned for last week

In the past, all KGR contests consisted of me
running around like a chicken with my head cut off, getting companies to
donate individual components. As you can imagine, this is extremely time
consuming. Well, awesome companies like ABIT,
Intel and Corsair have
stepped up to the plate FOR YOU GUYS and donated the Lions Share of the
components for this KGR... allowing me to get the system together and
given away in a shorter time period. I may be doing more of this in the
future if you guys like the idea. Let
