I will have a special contest coming up very soon,
I am thinking of doing a high performance, all black PC giveaway. What
do you guys think?? This won't be Killer Gaming Rig stuff, but we are
talking Athlon XP running at 1700MHz ( not 1700+ rating....) black
GeForce3 Ti500, Corsair PC2400 w/ black heat spreaders...etc. I will see
if I can talk the Xoxide fellas into donating a case to the cause so I
can avoid having to use my personal Black Lian Li case for this. Go look

Another wild turn of events in the Best Buy fiasco. Best Buy has resorted to having people arrested for FRAUD and Criminal Trespass if you come in asking for the videocard you ordered. We told you how people Best Buy is "selectively" honoring the price deal with some people getting the card they ordered at the advertised price, while most of the 2000 people effected by this get nothing.

I have updated the Best Buy scandal page with some very cool information
and more receipts from people getting their videocards. I have audio and
videotape evidence that I am sending to the Attorney Generals Office on
behalf of the people affected by this matter that shows Best Buy
admitting to giving different prices to different people for the same
item based solely on where they come from. Have a look for the latest
installment in this case.

developments in the Best Buy GeForce4 fiasco. Discrimination at it's
best, some people getting their cards, others are only getting a hard
time. Terrible way to treat people for sure, but we have a handful of
Attorney Generals involved, and a lot of solid evidence behind us. A
good read for sure.

I have a few more receipts to post for the Best

giveaway, but we are currently moving servers, upgrading...yada yada
yada, and that is why we have had intermittent outages. So I plan on
waiting until we have this settled ( probably Monday ) before I start
letting you guys bang on the servers trying to win stuff. You

All Jedi Knight contest winners have been notified, I am waiting on all
winners to respond. I had a blast with this contest, there are a lot of
JKII: Jedi Outcast fans out there already. I will get everything wrapped
up with this contest as soon as possible to make way for my next
contest.
I have gathered up a handful
of GeForce3 cards from a local vendor for our next contest. I am hoping
to get enough to do one a day for a week again, but I will be happy with
getting as many as possible for you guys.

We can add another Attorney Generals Office to the
list ( 6 AG's Offices active now ) that are actively involved in
pursuing Best Buy over the GeForce4 Ti4600 deal. The significance of
this letter is the fact that they are now approaching it from the stand
point that Best Buy is now selectively honoring the original price of
$129.00 which would entitle everyone to that price... I think Best Buy
thought we were just going to go away but I'm still here, and we are
doing great. Read the

I just updated the Best Buy page again....adding
another Attorney General to the list ( now 5 AG's Offices active )
helping resolve the Best Buy GeForce4 deal. Even more people are getting
their cards daily, so that in itself is worth the time and effort
invested. Best Buy benefits from dragging this out as long as possible,
but I think they have underestimated us.

We had originally planned to do a Jedi Knight II giveaway in conjunction
with an interview with Pat Lipo from Raven a few months ago, but due to
the intense "crunch mode" the Raven Team was in trying to
finish the game...the interview never materialized. But that doesn't
mean we can't give away the 5 copies of Jedi Knight II we had ready for
the contest...now does it?? Start entering the Jedi
Knight II a Day contest now, and I will draw 5 winners over
the next week. Get in it to WIN it.
With any
luck, I'll eventually get that Raven interview going, and maybe con the
fellas out of some autographed games for you guys like we normally do. I
