Microsoft Announces Board Changes

Microsoft Corp. today announced the nomination of Emma Walmsley, CEO of GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) and member of the GSK board, to the Microsoft board of directors. Walmsley will be presented for election at the company’s annual shareholders meeting, which will be held Dec. 4, 2019.
