The "real danger" is data? Ummm, I don't think so. The real danger is that companies are allowed to do whatever the hell they want thanks to do-nothing politicians that allow it to happen. Pretty sad that the average age of a Senator is 61 and most don't even understand the technology they are voting on.
While it's creepy to imagine companies are listening in to your conversations, it's perhaps more creepy that they can predict what you’re talking about without actually listening.
