I could swear that this idiot was saying that Nintendo "aint gon do sh*t" last week, fast forward to today and the consoles get pulled.
Earlier in December, Mr. Way was contacted by Nintendo who threatened criminal charges against him for possibly violating the Trademark Counterfeiting Act. The law, which is an amendment to the Lanham Act, makes it a federal offense to use a counterfeit trademark intentionally. Mr. Way could have violated this act due to the sale of his gaming consoles, which are emulators preloaded with hundreds of games published and developed by Nintendo, Capcom, and other developers.
