Sure, things immediately went to sh*t post patch but at least the developers owned up to it and apologized.
Things did not go as planned. There were major server issues on patch day, with players unable to log in for most of the day. There were also a host of additional problems and bugs related to changes developer Blizzard Entertainment made in various systems and mechanics.
