Remember that stupid YouTube update that requires small content creators to have 1,000 subscriber before Feb 22nd or be demonetized? Guess what? I'M JUST SIXTEEN SUBSCRIBERS away with 7 days to go!!! I'm almost there, thanks to you guys!!!
My personal YouTube channel has more than 3 million views, and 5,300 hours of watchtime last year...all from only 699 subscribers. Obviously that's because I don't push people to subscribe / like or require people to subscribe to enter giveaways and such...and now I am being penalized for that. YouTube channels are now required to have 4,000 hours of watchtime within the past 12 months and 1,000 subscribers or they will be removed from YouTube's ad program.
