Australia now has a national revenge porn reporting tool. I thought the whole revenge porn thing died out years ago when everyone realized what a bad idea it was to record yourself having sex with a boyfriend / girlfriend / spouse. I guess that shows you what I know.
Last year, the Australian government granted its eSafety Commissioner $4.8 million for the development of the portal, which is now currently in a pilot phase. It provides users with information on how to report revenge porn to the companies that are hosting it, links for reporting it to the eSafety Commissioner and how to get help from law enforcement.
