While I haven't had any security issues, I will admit that some of the recent attention that porch pirates have been getting in the news (thanks to the proliferation of affordable security cameras), it has made me aware of the utility and peace of mind that a security camera can offer. And with all the smartphone apps that go along with practically every electronic device out there now, well, why not? And being a gadgety-tech sort of person, I welcome the opportunity to add something new to my gadget inventory.
