I know I am supposed to be upset and outraged over this whole thing but it's hard not to laugh when the last name of the guy that introduced this resolution is "Flake."

It seeks to “provide for Congressional disapproval … of the rule submitted by the Federal Communications Commission relating to ‘Protecting the Privacy of Customers of Broadband and Other Telecommunications Services,'” and says that “such rule shall have no force or effect.”"
