Doppler Labs Inc. is suing Framingham-based Bose for trademark infringement under federal laws and "unfair and deceptive business practices" under Massachusetts law. The allegations center around Doppler's Here Active Listening system, wireless earbuds that allow wearers to "instantly control real world audio so you can hear what you want to hear — no matter the situation." The buds tune out background noise at a crowded restaurant, for example, allowing the wearer to focus on the conversation at his or her own table.
