AMD Working On 16-Core 32 Thread "Threadripper" CPU?

According to the rumor milll, AMD has a 16-core 32 thread CPU in the works code named "Threadripper." Obviously this isn't out of the realm of possibility but the source is sketchy at best and you'll need a translator just to read the article. So, when you see reports stating things as fact like "AMD is doing" or "AMD is expecting," they obviously don't know jack because everything is still just speculation at this point.
