Sony's Stacked CMOS Image Sensor Captures Full HD At 1,000 FPS

Sony has taken the wraps off a new stacked CMOS Image Sensor that can capture full HD at 1,000 fps.  You read that right...1,000 frames per second at 1,920 x 1080.
